Structures Intensive, autumn cohort
Amelia arrived with strong statics but little workshop time. Week one focused on datum discipline; by Saturday three she had corrected a rib pitch error before drilling. The closing review asked each learner to defend material choices on their exercise piece in front of a visiting structures engineer. She later wrote that the critique felt stricter than university labs—and more useful for interview portfolios.
CAD mentoring across two blocks
Priya booked four sessions to tidy fastener callouts, then returned for revision-control habits after an employer asked for cleaner drawing packs. Sessions mixed screen-share mark-ups with in-person desk reviews at Lanark Road.
