Refunds & cancellations

Eligibility

Refund requests apply to fees you have paid directly to Hazelcore Aerospace Engineering School Ltd for a named course seat or mentoring block. Employer-sponsored invoices follow the same timelines unless the purchase order states otherwise.

Cooling-off and timeframe

If you cancel in writing within 14 days of paying a deposit and before any taught session or induction Saturday has begun, we refund the deposit in full. After that period, the deposit becomes non-refundable because the seat has been held against cohort capacity.

Full and partial refunds

• Full tuition refund: if we cancel a cohort and cannot offer a suitable alternative date within three months
• Partial refund: if you cancel more than 28 days before the first taught session, tuition paid beyond the deposit may be refunded minus an administrative fee of £75
• No tuition refund: cancellations within 28 days of the start date, or after teaching has begun, except where required by law or where we cancel the remaining sessions

Non-refundable items

Deposits after the 14-day window, printed workbooks already issued, and personal protective equipment purchased for you are non-refundable. Open day registration is free and does not involve payment.

Work already started

Once seminars, labs, or mentoring sessions have begun, fees for completed sessions are earned. Unused mentoring sessions within a four-session block may be rescheduled within three months; they are not cashed out.

Rescheduling

You may request one free transfer to a later cohort of the same course if seats remain and you give at least 21 days’ notice. Further transfers may incur a £50 administration charge.

No-shows

Missing sessions without notice does not create a refund entitlement. Mentoring no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice count as a used session.

Refund process and timing

Email info@workspacehazelcore.click with “Refund request”, your full name, course title, and payment reference. We confirm eligibility within ten working days and process approved refunds to the original payment method within fourteen working days after approval.
